The Dabrowa family, Natasha, Andy and 19-year-old daughter Anouszka. Together, we ensure all of our young visitors are provided with everything they need, and have lots of fun along the way.
As an NNEB-trained nurse with 20 years’ experience, I see my role as being a bit like a surrogate mum. From breakfast in the morning to hot chocolate and a bedtime story at night, I aim to provide everything your child needs 24-hours a day, whether that’s a good meal and a dry set of clothing, or just a few words of reassurance if they’re missing mum and dad.
My husband, Andy, enjoys helping out with the entertainment side of things, such as tractor rides, treasure hunts and looking after the animals with the children. While our horse-crazy daughter, Anouszka, loves helping to settle everyone in and taking part in the many activities we have to offer at Foxglove Farm.
Both myself and my husband hold first-aid certificates and have been DBS-checked.

Among the highly experienced staff and instructors at Hartwell are Kate Rogers, Lauren Rhodes-Smith, Ella Summerhayes, Emily Alberti, Alicia Burden and many other fantastic staff and instructors.
Much like our horses most of our staff have worked for Hartwell Riding Stables for years. Some even learnt to ride with us as children themselves so know the ponies inside out and know what children want to experience when coming to Hartwell Riding Stables.
All our staff make a great team and working for Hartwell is their passion alongside school, university and other businesses and they planning equine activities for the children who attend the Residential Pony Camps.
